East Tennessee Graphics will guide you through the entire process, from creating good web page text, to explaining the differences between a domain name and free web space. We provide site registration, which is the process of submitting a new website to various search engines and directories that populate the world wide web, such as Google, Yahoo and Bing. Sometimes registering a site is as simple as entering a URL, others times the registration process involves keywords, classifications, and descriptions.
As an East Tennessee Graphics client, you will communicate with us via telephone, email and traditional USPS mail. You may send us all of your photos and text as either hard-copy or as electronic files. You'll see your website as it is being created on a private internet site that only you can view. We will not post your website for public viewing until it is complete and you have approved all content and design. |

Web Site Packages
In order to assist you in budgeting for a web site, We offer three basic options: 1 page , 5 page or custom web page plans. Each plan includes conversion of your printed/business card logo to web format (if needed), graphic design of the site, unlimited digital photos, email links and links to outside web pages, one year maintenance included and submission to all top search engines and directories.
We also offer optional features at including web forms, photo scanning, printable pop-up windows, .pdf documents and much more, so please ask when inquiring about a website. |

East Tennessee Graphics also offers Content Management Systems (CMS) as a design option for businesses that prefer to update their products and services themselves without the need of outsourcing site maintenance. Simple and very easy to use. |

Web Site Maintenance
East Tennessee Graphics offers yearly website maintenance packages in two forms:
- On-Demand Maintenance - East Tennessee Graphics provides maintenance services to clients on an as-needed basis. At your request, We will make any and all text and photo updates. Our basic maintenance rate is $35.00/hour, with simple text changes averaging 10-15 minutes and scanned photos being 30-45 minutes each.
- Scheduled Web Site Maintenance - If you prefer, East Tennessee Graphics can establish a regular maintenance schedule that may include any type of updates to the website. This maintenance schedule can be tailored to your specific needs - weekly, monthly or quarterly.
